Return & Exchange Policy

At IVAAR APPARELS, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with an easy return and exchange process.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused and unwashed
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or washed socks
  • Damaged products caused after delivery
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for:
    • Size issues
    • Wrong item received
    • Defective or damaged product
  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return or exchange.
