Return & Exchange Policy
At IVAAR APPARELS, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with an easy return and exchange process.
Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or washed socks
- Damaged products caused after delivery
- Items purchased during clearance or sale events
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for:
- Size issues
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds usually reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos of the product
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return or exchange.
